My deposit got refunded, what happened?
When you make a deposit into Tempo you need to include your last name and your unique goal reference code each time. Double-check these details.
You can find your reference code in your goal when you tap the Put money in button. Copy this reference straight from the app and paste it into the payments in your bank account. That way you can be sure the reference is exactly the same. If the reference is different, we won't be able to recognise your deposit and it'll get auto-refunded into your bank account.
