How do I change my bank account?

If you want to change the bank account you’ve set up in Tempo, contact us at help@tempo.co.nz. Attach a bank statement of the new bank account you want to change to. Currently, you can't change your bank account in the app. But we're working on it.


You, or anyone else, can deposit into your Tempo account from any bank account. Remember to include your unique reference code (found in the Money Tab in the app). Whenever you take money out it’ll always go into your chosen bank account. This helps keep your money secure.
