Can I deposit money from an international bank account?

No. Currently we can’t accept payments to your Tempo account from an international bank account. If you have made a payment from an international account it’ll be refunded back to the same account. 

It is important to know that this refund process may be longer than expected due to the process of international payments being held in the bank's suspense account.
