What is the timing for fund prices?

The timing for pricing in the app is T+1 (one business day delay). 

We receive a data file from our administrator at approximately 4pm each day, which contains the information necessary to update the valuation and pricing of your investments in the app. The prices you see in the app are reflective of the previous business day. So, if you view your investments today, the prices you see are from the last business day.

If you purchase new investments, these transactions generally take up to 2 business days to be included in your portfolio holdings as units. Once they are part of your portfolio, their pricing and updated value will be provided in the app alongside your other holdings.

If you need specific information about the dates and unit pricing for a particular transaction, you can access this data by downloading your fund receipts from the 'Me' tab in your app.
