How to make a withdrawal

You can easily withdraw your money from Tempo to your chosen bank account.

Follow these steps:

1. In the app select "Withdraw money” from your goal screen
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
3. Select “Take my money out”
4. We'll show you which investments need to be sold to get the money to you. You will need to tap "Yes, sell these".
5. You'll generally see your money in your bank account after 2-4 working days.

If you’re only withdrawing some money from your goal, and not the full amount, we’ll sell your investments in proportion to your current fund mix.
