What happens when I want to withdraw my money?

You can take your money out of Tempo at any time, and won’t be charged a withdrawal fee.



We withdraw money from each of your funds to match your withdrawal amount. We sell your investments in proportion to your current fund mix.

Generally, requests made by 12pm are processed at the end of each working day. Requests made after 12pm or on a non-working day, are generally processed at the end of the next working day. It generally takes 2–4 working days to complete this.

Sometimes the amount you request and the amount you receive may differ. This is because the value of your investments may have changed before they were sold and you may have had tax to pay.
