When will my investment appear?

When you put money into your Tempo account it'll be automatically invested into your fund mix and your goal. Generally, if we receive your deposit before 12pm on a working day, your money will be invested on that day. If you make a deposit after 12pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, generally we’ll invest your money on the next working day.

In the app, you'll see your deposit is in progress. It generally takes 2-3 working days for transactions to settle and for your money to become units (investments you own). When this happens your transaction will no longer be in progress.

Bank processing times

There may be a delay of a few hours in receiving your deposit due to different bank processing times. If you plan to send your deposit before 12 pm, please consider this delay.
