What happens after I enter my code?

To apply and redeem a promo code, first you need to make sure your Tempo account is completely set up. If it isn't, we won't be able to take the code through the redeeming process after it's entered.

Once your account is set up and you've entered your code, we take it from there. We'll apply the code and you’ll see that it's in progress in the app.
