Will the fund fees change?

Our fee isn’t changing, and remains 0.85%. However, the underlying actively managed funds in our new funds and mixes have higher fees than the old passive ones. For a typical Tempo portfolio, the total fee is now estimated to be approximately 1.21%, up 0.09% prior to the change. 

This change reflects what’s paid to the underlying fund managers – there’s no change to our fee.

We believe the potential for improved investment returns outweighs the higher cost of active management (vs passive) over the medium to longer-term.
